When will my order arrive?

Orders during the weekday are shipped the same day they are placed, excluding federal holidays and weekends. The cut-off time for same-day processing is 3PM eastern. Orders placed after 3PM eastern time are shipped the following business day. Once orders are shipped, allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number.

My tracking shows delivered, but I did not receive my item

If your tracking shows that your item has been delivered, first check the delivery location: make sure to check all possible delivery locations, such as your front door, porch, or garage. It's also a good idea to check with neighbors or any other individuals who may have received the package on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate the item, contact the carrier (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS) to see if they have any additional information about the delivery. They may be able to provide further details or even arrange for a redelivery of the package.

I want to change my delivery address after my order has been placed

Please contact us at contact@placeandstreet.com as soon as possible, to request a change in address. Please note that because your order may have already been sent to our fulfillment center for final processing, we cannot guarantee that an address change request will be successful.
